Refunds

Refunds are only considered in the following cases:

  • Duplicate Purchase
  • Technical Issues (where you are unable to access the course and we are unable to resolve it within 7 business days)

Once the issue is reviewed and approved, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note, processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

No refunds will be issued for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Not using the course after purchase
  • Not achieving desired results (as learning depends on individual effort and implementation)
